This Mission is driven by the National Urban Leagues Mission and empowers those who are striving toward the mainstream to achieve economic self-reliance and to enjoy their rights as citizens under the law. Both the Buffalo and National Urban Leagues Mission support the following fiveobjectives: Education and Youth Empowerment ensures the education of all children by providing access to early childhood literacy, after-care programs and college scholarships.
