A graduate of South Texas Law in 1996, John Bo Nichols was a partner at Jenkins & Kamin and Nichols Law before starting his solo own practice. Mr. Nichols is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law and is admitted to practice in the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas State Court of Appeals, the Texas State District Courts and the Unities States District Courts in the Southern District of Texas since 1997. Bo Nichols is on the faculty of the Houston Family Law Trial Institute, where he holds a teaching position. and He has been honored as a Best Lawyer in America from 2009 to the present as well as a Texas Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly Magazine every year since 2005. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists. Mr. Nichols is a member of the American Bar Association, the Fort Bend County Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and a Treasurer/Master of the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court.
