Answer: Creators of "The Oyster", a machine that cleans dirty baseballs. Go ahead and click that little "see more" button and learn all about us. Business & Marketing Guru, Mike Welsh, and Engineer / ex-NASA nerd, Sam Welsh, are two brothers passionate about baseball. They were both supposed to be playing MLB at this point, but didn't quite make it. #Bummer. In lieu of making it to "The Show", they stayed in the game by taking the entrepreneurial leap from their corporate cubicles in 2010 to create Between the Lines. They were on a mission to design, develop, and perfect a machine that cleaned dirty baseballs without causing any damage to the balls. With the help of connections in their home stat of California, they succeeded! The Oyster was born. In January of 2011, they sold their first Oyster at the ABCA convention in Nashville and haven't looked back. Since then they have sold Oysters to every type of program - from Youth to Professional and all levels between - in addition to many Baseball Academies across the US. They are currently on a mission to secure funding from an investor to take The Oyster to the next level. Perhaps they can make it to "The Show" after all.
