Richards background in hands-on masonry construction provided the foundation for growth into the construction of custom homes in Montgomery County, PA. One of Richards satisfied clients asked him to manage the construction of a commercial project and so began the transition from a residential builder to the manager of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Over the last thirty years, Berks Ridge has managed the construction of a wide variety of projects. While the majority of these facilities can be found in the suburbs of Philadelphia and southern New Jersey, Berks Ridge has also completed work in Delaware, Maryland, and New York.
