Located in Center City Philadelphia, BBLM provides architectural services to a variety of healthcare and institutional clients throughout the metro area. The firm has a history which extends back for over five decades. In its current form, BBLM is a WBENC-Certified Womens Business Enterprise led by principals Laura Strychalski and Brandon Sargent. Our principals are hands-on professionals, providing leadership and continuity for each of our projects. We strongly believe that collaboration is the key to any successful project. We view clinical teams, patients, administrators, and contractors as integral parts of the project team. While we have deep knowledge of healthcare space planning and care delivery, we approach each project with fresh eyes so that we can understand the particular clinical requirements that form the basis of the project.
