Arcadia currently has over 20 projects under management across the valley and over 700 controlled lots in various stages of entitlement and construction. In 2012 Arcadia Communities was formed to begin an exclusive buying relationship with Colony Capital in Las Vegas and Phoenix. Through a merger with Starwood Waypoint the venture went public and eventually merged with Invitation Homes. Arcadia acquired over $450M in single family homes and helped grow the platform to 10,000 homes within 18 months. Arcadia formed a land bank platform with DMB and Colony Capital in 2014 to assist several large, national homebuilders with off balance sheet financing. The venture deployed over $180M to acquire/develop over 1,500 lots in the Western U.S. It is our valued partners that have allowed us to invest in unique neighborhoods and bring individuals and families home.
