Answer: For the past thirty years I have been supporting myself making my distinctive art quilts that use color, fabric and the traditions of quilt making to create abstract landscapes. These quilts are known for their seemingly simple but sophisticated designs that upon closer location divulge a wide range of commercially available fabrics. I pay careful attention to detail and workmanship. My quilts are in numerous public and private collections including the American Museum of Art + Design in New York, NY, the Lodge at Turning Stone in Verona, NY and Surdna Foundation in New York, NY. I was commissioned by the Art in Architecture Program of the General Services Administration to create a series of 12 quilts for the Federal District Courthouse in Springfield, MA. I will gladly consider gallery shows and public and private commissions. Please check out my web site for my current schedule and available works.
