Answer: We're an all aged beef company. We sell to fine dining restaurants, country clubs, and to individuals. We have a retail store in Lancaster, KY and are interviewing now for a location in Lexington, KY. Our beef is dry aged a minimum of 21-30 days, which makes for much more tender beef, that you can cut with a fork-no need for a knife with Akers beef-that's our difference. We are the only company in Kentucky that is dry aging their beef, which is an "old world" technique. As a result, it's a "melt in your mouth" experience. We also own our own 2,000 acre farm, background all our own cattle, and own our own processing plant. By controlling the rations fed the cattle, it makes for more consistant beef to the consumer. We are AAA delicious.
